Returns & Exchanges

At Matteau, we strive for longevity and timelessness in every piece; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all hygiene seals and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original protective packaging and include the printed return authorization form provided by the portal.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
